Sammy and Tex Tippit are once again crisscrossing continents to bring the message of revival to the church and proclaiming the gospel to the world. Sammy Tippit was the keynote speaker at Life Action Ministries (LAM) Revival Week. LAM is considered the largest para church ministry whose complete focus is on revival. Tippit served for several years on the Board of LAM as both Sammy Tippit Ministries and LAM have a mutual burden for revival in North America.

The San Antonio evangelist shared with staff members and their families about the personal revival that has brought to his life during the past four years. Tippit spoke from the theme of Thirsty. He said, “My desire during this week was to instill a hunger and thirst among the LAM staff for a genuine Holy Spirit sent revival. Many of those in attendance shared of a deep work of God in their own hearts.

After the Tippits left LAM, they began a few days later a journey that will take them to East and South Africa. They will minister August 15 – 17 in Juba, Sudan. Sammy will preach evangelistic meetings to this war torn region of Sudan. Believers in Sudan have suffered greatly in Southern Sudan. Tippit said that he prays for a mighty outpouring of God’s Spirit that will bring healing to southern Sudan. Tex Tippit will speak on Saturday morning to a large gathering of Sudanese women.

The Tippits will travel the following week to South Africa to speak and minister at conferences on revival in the country. They will be in the Pretoria and Cape Town areas of the country.
