I'm Glad Sammy Tippit Has Kept the Faith

I have been following Sammy Tippit the past few
years, as he has gone into many countries to carry Bibles and the Word
of God. I first met Sammy in the early 70s atRehoboth Baptist Church in
Tucker, Georgia. I think he was there with Arthur Blessitt. Sammy
taught the young people, and some older ones also, how to witness, and
they went as a group to "undergroundAtlanta."
I bought his album at that time "God's Love in Action." He was very young, and over the years, whenever I listened to the record, I wondered if he kept the faith or if he was just full of zeal for a short duration. I am so glad every time I hear his latest projects spoken of on the news. I know he has gone to some places where his life was in danger. He must have wonderful God-given determination. Some of the other evangelists that visited our church during that time have fallen away. I am glad God has kept Sammy. I pray for him when I think of it, and that hasn't been real often.
May God continue to bless this ministry, and give Sammy wisdom to do whatever the Father has in store for him.
